We learn exactly what you want, match you with the most suitable surgeon and hospital for your procedure and organise every step with the hospital, while clinical decisions stay with your surgeon.
What we do
The surgical part is where we are most involved. We find out exactly what you need, match your procedure to the right surgeon and hospital, and organise consultations, surgery dates, pre-operative requirements, records and follow-up directly with the hospital. Around that, we help arrange transfers, advise where to stay near the hospital and help you time your flights. We do not book flights or accommodation; you book those directly with our guidance.
What we do not do
Beauty Broker is not a clinic and does not provide treatment, clinical advice or a guarantee of results, and does not book flights or accommodation. Suitability and care decisions remain with your surgeon and hospital, and emergency concerns should always be directed to appropriate local services.
How we are paid
We charge one flat, fully refundable A$499 care & coordination fee. Partner hospitals may also pay us a fee when a patient we refer is treated. Read the full fees and referrals disclosure.
Privacy
Your health information and photos are stored in Australia and shared with hospitals only to prepare your quote and treatment, without your contact details until you choose to go ahead. Read our privacy policy.
