Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you commit.

Start with the practical questions about treatment travel, coordination, costs, follow-up and privacy.

Is BeautyBroker a clinic?

No. BeautyBroker coordinates treatment-travel planning and logistics. Clinical advice, suitability decisions, treatment and clinical follow-up are provided by the relevant treating professional or facility.

Who decides whether I am medically suitable?

Only the treating service can assess clinical suitability. BeautyBroker helps organise the information and consultation required for that decision.

How are providers and facilities assessed?

The BeautyBroker Standard sets out the information requested, documented and presented for each relationship, including registration, qualifications, facility information, consultation, follow-up and last-verified dates.

Can I speak with the treating professional before paying?

The intended process includes direct clinical consultation before treatment is confirmed. The exact payment sequence and refund responsibilities must be shown in your written plan.

How does BeautyBroker make money?

Applicable coordination fees, referral payments or other commercial relationships will be disclosed before booking. Clinical decisions remain between you and the treating professional.

What is included in a personalised plan?

A plan can bring together clinical coordination, travel, accommodation, personal support, a financial summary and the agreed return-home pathway. Inclusions and exclusions are itemised.

What happens if a complication occurs?

The provider’s complication and escalation pathway should be documented before booking. No service can guarantee that a complication will not occur, and insurance exclusions need to be understood.

Who provides aftercare after I return to Australia?

The treating provider’s follow-up process and any genuinely arranged Australian follow-up will be stated in the plan. BeautyBroker does not imply local clinical care where none has been confirmed.

Does ordinary travel insurance cover treatment complications?

Often it does not. You should investigate appropriate cover and understand exclusions, extension costs and treatment-related limitations before travelling.

How is my information protected?

The first step collects only what is needed to understand your enquiry. Detailed medical history, documents or clinical photographs should only be collected through a secured second-stage process with appropriate consent.
