What you pay us

Nothing. We do not currently charge patients for our service. If that ever changes, we will tell you the fee in writing before you agree to it.

What hospitals pay us

Partner hospitals pay us a service fee when a patient we refer to them is treated. The fee is usually a percentage of the hospital's invoice to the patient and is paid to us by the hospital, not by you. You pay the hospital directly for your treatment, at the price the hospital quotes you.

We only refer patients to hospitals we have an arrangement with, and the size of a fee can differ between hospitals. We will tell you, on request, whether we have a commercial arrangement with a particular hospital.

How we keep our suggestions fair

We suggest surgeons and hospitals based on the procedure you want, their experience with it, the information they provide, your budget, timing and preferences. A hospital's fee to us never changes what a surgeon recommends for you, and only the surgeon decides whether a procedure is suitable.

You are always free to compare other providers, ask other clinicians for advice and decide not to go ahead. You are under no obligation to use any hospital we suggest.
