Public transport and parking

A metro–hospital connection tunnel runs from the entrance, with Darüşafaka on the Yenikapı–Hacıosman line as the stop to use. Bus routes 25T Sarıyer–Taksim and 29C Tarabya Üstü–Kabataş serve Fatih Parkorman, directly opposite the hospital. Paid parking is available for patients arriving in a private vehicle. [7] [8] [9]

Driving directions

From Istanbul’s Asian side via TEM, cross the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, follow the Sarıyer sign and turn right at the Sarıyer junction, then continue towards Sarıyer. The D100 (E5) approach crosses the Boğaziçi Bridge, turns right at the Levent exit and continues towards Maslak–Sarıyer. Both routes reach the hospital just after the Darüşafaka entrance. [10]

From the European side via TEM, follow the route towards the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, then take the Levent–Maslak–Sarıyer signs before the bridge and keep right for Maslak–Sarıyer. On the D100 (E5) from Avcılar–Topkapı–Mecidiyeköy, turn right at the Etiler–Levent exit and continue towards Maslak–Sarıyer. Each route reaches the hospital after the Darüşafaka entrance. [11]

Visiting and room information

Visiting hours are 10:00–22:00 every day. The visitor rule limits each patient to one companion; visitors in the room after 22:00 are treated as companions. Flowers are not accepted in patient rooms or on floors. Flowers received by staff are handed over at discharge. [12] [13] [14] [15]

Room categories include standard, A-type suite, B-type suite, King suite and accessible categories, plus bed, climate, TV and digital-assistant, nurse-call, lighting and automation, safe, minibar and companion-sofa features. [16]

International-patient administration

The hospital’s Health Point centre provides services for international patients and follows their in-hospital processes through the centre. Acıbadem International describes interpreter support for appointments and consent conversations, with English, Arabic, Russian, German and French routinely supported and other languages available by arrangement. Acıbadem International says a written plan and fee estimate based on a patient’s records is standard before travel, then refined after examination. It says payment methods and any insurer or guarantee-letter arrangements are settled with its international office in advance.
